Grave Digger driver Krysten Anderson talks about being the first female driver and what it means to be inspiring young girls Upstate Parent

Monster Jam returns to Greenville this weekend, bringing eight of its famous monster trucks to Bon Secours Wellness Arena for Friday and Saturday shows. 

Shows are scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday and 1 and 7 p.m. Saturday. A Pit Party will precede Saturday's first show from 10:30 a.m.-noon, allowing families a chance to get up close and personal with the trucks and drivers.

One unannounced truck and its driver will be available for free photos and autographs 3-6 p.m. Thursday at America's Best, 617 Haywood Road, Greenville.

Trucks expected to be in Greenville include Grave Digger, Max-D, El Toro Loco, Wonder Woman, Zombie, Megalodon, Blue Thunder, and Monster Mutt Rottweiler. 

For the first time, Grave Digger will be driven by a female, Krysten Anderson from Currituck, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Grave Digger's creator and first driver, Dennis Anderson.
